Her litigation work is complemented by a steady involvement in corporate advisory matters, where she assists clients with contract structuring, regulatory compliance, and entity governance. 

 Sanjana has developed a strong and focused expertise in data privacy and data security. She regularly advises clients on data protection frameworks such as the DPDP Act, GDPR, and global privacy best practices. Her work includes designing internal compliance systems, drafting privacy documentation, supporting cross-border data transfers, and helping clients respond to regulatory queries and incident management. 

 She also assists in patent-related work, particularly in matters involving filing strategy, inventor agreements, and aligning technical disclosures with legal protections.
